In addition inconsistent and/or late filing of returns has increased the risk of audit to taxpayers.

Horwath Bastow Charleton Limerick has a well established taxation department which has had extensive experience in preparing settlements for clients in respect of Revenue audits and bogus non-resident accounts.

In addition, Horwath’s taxation division fulfil an ongoing compliance role for its extensive personal client list ensuring all returns and payments are calculated properly and filed in a timely manner.

Horwath’s tax directors and tax managers also play a hands-on role in tax planning property developments and assisting in succession planning. We also have played a pivotal role in dealing with the taxation aspects of conflict resolution.

Furthermore our Corporate Finance team has extensive experience in dealing with corporate rescue and insolvency issues including examinerships, receiverships and liquidation; which ideally positions them to deliver quality independent advice.
