Mary McKeogh Tax Consulting Partner
Mary McKeogh is a tax partner in the firm and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. Mary has in excess of fifteen years experience in tax consulting. She specialises in personal insolvency cases, tax-based property structures, succession planning, company restructuring and Revenue audits. She has developed a portfolio of key personal tax clients who look to Mary to provide personal tax advice and advise them on optimal structures and solutions best suited to their business activities – both in Ireland and overseas. Mary has developed specialisms as a tax consultant for property transactions, family-owned businesses and owner-operators. She has advised on numerous property deals in Ireland and internationally and on expanding the family or owner-operated business. She is also the lead partner on all international property transactions. Mary is an expert on tax advantageous multi-national set-ups in Ireland and company formation, particularly in the Shannon Free-Zone. Mary is a member of Network Ireland, Chair of the Horwath National Liaison Committee. She was a lead speaker at the HBC Crisis Seminar chaired by EU Commissioner Charlie McCreevy and has contributed articles to the Irish Tax Review as well as commentating in regional business news publications.
